Jowamandari Resort is located between Seminyak and Tanah Lot. Most of Bali's cultural and scenic offerings are within easy reach. Jowamandari Resort is also close enough to Kuta, Seminyak and Denpasar to enjoy the best shops, restaurants and nightlife of Bali, but it is also inside peacefull sawah countryside were you can experience traditional life of Balinese people in villages (dessa's) Pererenan and Padang Linjong.
Imagine waking up under a clamboo in your bungalow in a Balinese tropical garden. Outside are beautiful red and yellow Heliconia flowers. Small birds are feeding on seeds of a palm tree. Farmers are planting rice in sawah fields on the other side of the river. You hear quit sounds of a waterfall. The sky is blue.
You open doors to a wide veranda of your bungalow and feel cool morning breeze coming from the Indian ocean. Balinese ladies in traditional dress are preparing offerings at gazebo near the fish ponds. You take a fresh shower, put on your swim suit and take a dip in crystal clear water of the pool. Today you will go shopping in Kuta and this evening you will have dinner on Jimbaran beach. Manager and co-owner Wally of Jowamandari Resort has a Balinese name: Agung Purnama Rasani. This name is given by priest Mangku of Pererenan in honor of her work for the community.
Her native languages are Dutch and Bahasa Indonesia, but she also speaks English, French, Spanish and German.
Large 15 x 5 meter pool, sun field and small gazebo. Pool water is between 29 and 32 degrees centigrade, great for relaxed dip or for swimming sporty laps.
